Youth Sports Leagues & Programs

Listed below are Ewing Recreation Department sponsored youth sports programs and information about organizations that run sports leagues in Ewing Township.   A link to their website and/or Facebook page for more information is provided when available.

Every Kid Sports

An organization that provides youth sports grants to kids from income-restricted families so that they too can experience the positive benefits of playing.  Since 2010, they've approved over 2,000 applications for more than 70 different sports.  Learn more.

   Winter Basketball / ERBL
 November – March, Grades 2-12, BOYS/GIRLS. Games played at Fisher Middle School and Antheil Elementary School. Instructional programs for Boys and Girls, grade K &1. Leagues for grades 2 – 12. Registration: Ernie Doggett, President, email: eldoggiii@yahoo.com

    Summer Basketball
  May-July, Grades 4-9, BOYS only, Moody Park Courts, Monday – Friday evenings. Registration late April-Mid May. Register via CommunityPass. For more information, visit moodyparkbb.com.

  Wrestling
November - March, Grades 1-8, Boys. Practices at EHS Wrestling Room. Registration opens September 28th - closes November 19th. Open to Ewing residents only. Register via CommunityPass.  Printable flyer.

  Indoor Soccer
  January - March at Fisher Middle School gym.  Instructional for Kindergarten and 1st grade registrants. League play for 2nd - 12th grades.
Sundays from 12 - 1 pm (K) and 1:15 - 2:15 pm (1st grade).    
Sundays from 2:30 - for Grades 2 -12.

    Chess Club
  The Ewing Chess Club (ECC) is a fun and lively club for beginner through master level chess players. The club  meets on Wednesday evenings at St. Luke’s Church on Prospect St. beginning Oct. 9th. Play is from 6:00pm – 10:00pm.  Kids play from 6:00 - 7:00 pm and adults will start at 7:30 pm.   Visitors and new members are always welcome and chess lessons are available.
