The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) oversees the Departments of Finance, Tax Collection and Tax Assessment.
The Department of Finance accounts for and controls all Township revenue and expenses.
The CFO assists the Mayor and Administration with the preparation of the municipal budget and is responsible for the annual financial statements.
The Finance Department manages Township debt including bonds and notes, and develops financial policies; it is also the center for bookkeeping and account control, purchasing and payroll.
The Finance Department maintains Township financial records and reporting in compliance with state law.
