Application Forms

Seasonal permits for family and individuals can be purchased through CommunityPass.  Daily rates for Township residents and guests are also available. Programs offered are swimming lessons, water aerobics, and public open swimming.  The ESCC pool complex has a snack bar and the historic Trenton Bath Houses.

 All registrations for access to the Ewing Community Pool System are to be done using Community Pass.  If you require assistance, staff can assist you with a computer set up for that purpose at the Rec Center.  Fees are listed on the schedules.

Pool Rules

Ewing Senior and Community Center Pool Rules
  1. Everyone must follow all pool rules. The pool staff and lifeguards will enforce the rules. People not following rules may be asked to sit out of pool, suspended from the pool for a period of time or removed for the season. Anyone who fights will be suspended for the rest of the season, possibly longer.
  2. Everyone entering the pool complex must show a photo ID with current address and purchase a daily pass or show season pass. Non-Residents must be with an Ewing resident or pool member to be eligible to purchase a daily pass. People using the pool must be season or daily pass holders, paying guest, part of a camp or other paying group.
  3. Pool members and/or Ewing residents may bring up to 5 guests per family.
  4. For families purchasing a seasonal pool pass, all adults 18 & over must show photo ID to verify home address and age. Only family members living at one address can be on the same pass.
  5. Ewing Township seasonal pool system pass is good for ESCC & HCC pools.
  6. COVID 19 – Changes may occur at any time.
  7. PEOPLE PAYING DAILY FEES CAN APPLY THAT MONEY TO A FULL SEASON MEMBERSHIP PASS. IT CANNOT BE APPLIED TO LATE SEASON MEMBERSHIP PASS.
  8. No running on the pool deck. No hanging on ropes. No jumping into the shallow end of the pool.
  9. Dive only in designated areas. No jumping in the pool backwards.
  10. No eating food or drinks in the pool area except plastic bottled water. Bottles must be plastic, no glass containers. Food can be eaten at snack bar area only. No glass containers permitted on premises.
  11. Snack bar hours are 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm and may close earlier.
  12. No smoking in pool area. Smoking cannot take place within 100 feet of the pool complex.
  13. An adult, 18 or over must accompany children under 16. Children must be 16 or older to come in by themselves and must show ID. Children who need assistance in the water must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over into the water and stay at arms-length at all times. Adults entering the pool area only to supervise their children and not use the pool, may pay the same price as the child, and wear a wrist band which indicates they are not using the pool.
  14. No inappropriate swimwear is allowed.
  15. The pool will close during electrical storms. Pool automatically closes for 30 minutes after lightning or thunder. Everyone must leave deck area.
  16. The pool may close early for weather, emergency, system breakdowns or no people using the pool. In weather or emergency cases, refunds may be given if people are at pool less than 45 minutes. Refunds are not given for people being asked to leave the pool area for poor behavior. Refunds will be reviewed by staff on a case-by-case basis.
  17. No alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs are allowed on the Ewing Township property.
  18. Lap lanes are for lap swimmers first. Free swimming in lap lanes is permitted if lane is not being used. Two swimmers can use a lap lane at the same time.
  19. No chairs permitted near edge of pool. No running jumps into pool are allowed. 
  20. Children who are not potty trained must wear a swim diaper. NO DISPOSABLE DIAPERS ALLOWED. 
  21. Small flotation devices/pool noodles are permitted. No large floatation devices are allowed. 
  22. Throwing balls or other items is allowed at the discretion of the lifeguards.
  23. Swimmers under 14 must pass a swim test to swim in the deep end. Swimmers will be given a wrist/ankle band that must be worn. The swim test can only be taken once a week.
  24. Pool patrons will be allowed in the Ewing Senior & Community Center building to conduct business at the Recreation or Senior Citizen Office. No wet bathing suits allowed in the building.
  25. No bikes, pets or other large objects allowed in pool area.
  26. Any person showing evidence of skin disease, inflamed eyes, having a cold, nasal or ear discharge will not be allowed in the pool.
  27. No spitting water, rough play, yelling, making loud noises or rowdiness allowed.
  28. All swimmers must rinse off in a shower before swimming.
  29. People are responsible for their own property. The pool staff is not responsible for watching personal property.
  30. Lost and found is kept at the pool desk. Pool staff is not responsible for items in lost and found.
  31. People can borrow board games, cards, etc. but must return them when they are finished playing.
  32. Pool furniture is available for use, but pool patrons may bring in lawn chairs.
  33. Director of Community Affairs or a designated person must schedule special events at pool.
