Marriage applications are being accepted by appointment only.  Please email the registrar for more information.

Certified copies of birth, marriage and death records - please contact the Registrar.

The Office of Vital Statistics, located in the Clerk's Office, maintains records of all births, marriages and deaths that occur in Ewing Township. The Registrar is available by appointment ONLY to assist you with inquiries regarding vital records.

Marriage Licenses

By appointment only  

A payment of $28 is required at the time of submission. The application is available for download from the NJ State Health Department (https://healthapps.state.nj.us/forms/subforms.aspx?pro=vital).

Requirements

Marriage applicants should bring a witness, and all parties should bring identification such as a valid driver's license or passport.

Forms are available at the Office of Vital Statistics or by clicking a link below for the appropriate application.

• CERTIFIED COPY OF BIRTH, MARRIAGE OR DEATH CERTIFICATE - $15.00/each
• APPLICATION FOR A MARRIAGE/REMARRIAGE - $28.00/each.

Vital Record Corrections

• Correction to a vital record, including birth certificates, death certificates, marriage/remarriage licenses, civil union licenses and domestic partnership registrations - $30.00
