The Ewing Historical Society invites you to a FREE lecture on an integral part of our local and national history, George Washington’s Crossing of the Delaware on the Way to the Battle of Trenton via Bear Tavern Road.
Authors Robert Sands Jr. and Patricia E. Millen, of “Washington Crossing” of the Images of America series, will be talking about the movement of Washington's troops through Ewing, effectively changing the history of the American Revolution.
The lecture will be held on Sunday, March 3, 2024, from 2-4 PM at the 1867 Sanctuary at 101 Scotch Rd.
Light refreshments and a book signing will follow. The book will also be available for sale.
