Children's Flu Vaccination Clinic to be held on Tuesday, October 24th
Reminder. A Ewing Township Health Department Children's Flu Vaccination Clinic will be held on Tuesday, October 24th from 3 pm - 6:30 pm.
This will be a clinic for Children Only, for children ages 6 months to 17 years old, by appointment only. It will be held at the Ewing Health Department, 2 Jake Garzio Drive, Ewing, NJ.
Please note: All insurance cards must be presented. Call (609) 883-2900 Ext 7685 or 7686 for appointment. Parent must accompany the child.
Please wear short sleeves or a loose-fitting shirt.
