Youth Summer Basketball Programs

Mayor Bert Steinmann and the Ewing Recreation Department are pleased to announce that the Moody Summer Basketball League and the Ewing Recreation Basketball Camp are returning once again this summer.

MOODY SUMMER BASKETBALL LEAGUE

Play in the Moody Summer Basketball League begins Monday, June 5^th. This League is for boys in grades 4 – 8. Registration begins Monday, March 7^th and the tryout date is Wednesday, May 17^th. Tryouts will be held at the Moody Park Courts. In case of rain, they will be at the Fischer Middle School Gym. To register go to CommunityPass.net.

 Ewing Rec Basketball Camp 2023

The Ewing Rec Basketball Camp run by Coach Shelly Dearden, head coach of the EHS Basketball Team, will be held this year from June 26^th to June 30^th. This one-week camp is co-ed, and for 4^th – 8^th graders of all skill levels. It will be held at the Ewing High School Gym from 9 am – 3 pm. Bring your lunch.
