9/11 Memorial Ceremony

Remembering our fallen and all first responders 21 years after the terror attacks on America

September 11th Memorial

On Monday, September 12, 2022, the community is invited to remember those who lost their lives during the terrorist attacks in New York, Pennsylvania, the Pentagon, and around the world on September 11, 2001. The Township’s annual 9/11 Memorial Ceremony will be held at the Police and Firefighter Memorial in the rear of the Municipal Building, 2 Jake Garzio Drive at 6:00 pm.

The ceremony will mark the twenty first anniversary of the attack, and will call for a moment of silence in remembrance of all the Firefighters, Police Officers, EMTs, Members of the Military, and innocent civilians who died on that fateful day, and all those that we have lost during the past year. A guest speaker will provide remarks of remembrance.

All citizens are encouraged to take this opportunity and acknowledge both the loss to the country, our community, and to the victims’ families.  Let us stand together and remember.
