Banchoff Park

Banchoff Park

Banchoff Park is a 99 acre park on Mountain View Rd tucked into the Mountainview Neighborhood in the western section of Ewing. It was named for Incarnation School kindergarten teacher, Ann Banchoff who was also a member of the Township Committee. It is the site of the former Reeder Farm where George Washington stopped for breakfast on his way to Trenton.

Banchoff Park is great for

Passive recreation: Enjoy a quiet walk on our walking, fishing, biking and hiking trails, a picnic, take the kids to the playground and let the dog run free and socialize with other dogs in our dog park.

We have followed recommended best practices in the establishment of our new dog park and created separate small and large dog areas. Dogs under 35 pounds are considered "small;" larger pooches are those over 35 pounds.  Puppies, too, have their own "safe space" away from the roughhousing of larger pets.  The Large and Small Dog spaces each have their own water fountains for people and pets that are operational 365 days a year.   The Puppy Park also has a water fountain.
