Please take notice that the September 16, 2021 regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment is cancelled.

All matters and applications contained on the Board’s September 16, 2021 agenda, if any, will be carried to the October 21, 2021 regular meeting without further notice or publication.  Please take further notice that, during its August 19, 2021 regular meeting, the Board accepted jurisdiction of a development application (no. ZBA-21-005) for a Commercial Rooming House at 1901 Pennington Road and a public announcement was subsequently made that the application would be carried to the September 16 meeting without any further notice or publication requirements.  Please take further notice that, due to the cancellation of the September meeting, the Board will consider development application (no. ZBA-21-005) during its October 21, 2021 regular meeting without further notice or publication. Zoom meeting information will remain the same as was posted for September.
