Emergency Free Farm Market Will Be Held This Friday

The 2nd of the planned Emergency Free Farm Markets will be held this Friday, December 4th at the CURE Insurance Arena, 81 Hamilton Ave., in Trenton from 12 noon – 2 pm

These are to provide assistance to families hard hit by the COVID-19 pandemic who are struggling to provide the necessities for their members.  They will be held in Parking Lot #2, the south lot of the venue.

The Farm Markets is being provided through a partnership of the Lions Club of West Windsor, Princeton and Livingston, Gravity Hill Farm, Rolling Harvest Food Rescue and the City of Trenton.

They will be open to anyone temporarily struggling to take care of their family’s basic needs during this difficult time.   Delicious healthy fruit and vegetables, as well as dairy will be provided WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.  No registration or ID is required to participate.

Volunteers will practice safe social distancing, they will be wearing gloves and masks, and hand sanitizer will be available.

These are drive through events.  Volunteers will load your box of food directly into your car’s trunk to minimize contact.  There is a walk-up option for those without vehicles. (Choose one option only.)
