Community Fest 2026 will be held Saturday, September 19^th from 10 am – 4pm at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) campus.  This early fall ritual brings residents together for a celebration of community and fun.   This fun-filled family event is free and open to the public!  We invite you to sign up now to be a part of the fun and help create a magical day for the kids and families of Ewing.

Ewing’s Community Fest draws thousands of Ewing residents to celebrate our community.  It features for-profit vendors...  Other vendors include area nonprofit organizations, politicians, and local businesses. The Kids’ Zone has activities for children, including …  And there is music throughout the day from a DJ, to student musicians, and much more – a true community event!

Now is the time for food vendors, crafters, and non-profits to submit their applications to be a part of this great event!  Information about this year’s event will be posted shortly at   https://communityfest.tcnj.edu/.   Please fill out our 2026 Vendor Reservation Form  to sign up to participate.

Ewing’s Community Fest is very expensive to produce, and we could not organize this event in public space without sponsors. 

Becoming a Community Fest Sponsor is also a great way for businesses to make a difference in our community and to enhance your name recognition.  Customers respond to corporate good citizens who send positive messages by helping the community.   

Sponsorships are available at multiple levels to fit your pocketbook with varying benefits and paybacks.  Learn more about sponsorship opportunities here.  Then fill out our Sponsorship form and send it to Ewing Township at the address listed.  Your name will be mentioned on our Community Fest website and acknowledged on all day-of event promotions.  Sponsors will also receive a complimentary booth at the event.
