Roosevelt Park Tree Planting Celebration and Ribbon Cutting

A legacy takes root.

The public is invited to join Mayor Bert Steinmann, Ewing Township Council, the New Jersey Conservation Foundation, and community partners in celebration of a greener future for Roosevelt Park on Monday, June 29 at 10 am. 

In a park that had not trees, 14 new trees now call Roosevelt Park home, bringing shade, beauty, and new life to Roosevelt Park.  Following brief remarks, elected officials and community members will participate in a ceremonial ribbon cutting to celebrate this milestone for Roosevelt Park and the neighborhood it serves.

May these trees stand for generations as living gifts to the people of this Ewing neighborhood.
