The New Jersey MVC Mobile Unit Is Returning to Ewing on Friday

No need to make a trip to the local MVC.

Get caught up with your MVC chores and renew your driver's license, license plate, and more when the MVC's mobile unit once again rolls into Ewing on Friday, May 15, 2026.

Ewing Township has partnered with the NJ Division of Motor Vehicles Commission to bring a mobile motor vehicle unit to the Hollowbrook Community Center on Friday, May 15, 2026, from 9 am -3 pm.

With an appointment, residents can complete a number of MVC chores such as renewing their drivers’ licenses and vehicle registrations, obtaining duplicate drivers licenses, non-driver IDs, and a Person with a Disability, Purple Heart, or Disabled Veteran parking placards.  Appointments are limited, and registration is required to access the MVC Mobile Unit.

The MVC will be on May 15th. To attend this event, residents must pre-register.

Services Offered

The following transactions can be conducted at the Mobile Unit:  

• REALID
• Registration renewals
• Non-driver identification
• Duplicate/Replacement Title or Registration

License Plates
Drivers can surrender their license plates.

Placards
Drivers may obtain a Persons with a Disability, Purple Heart, or Disabled Veteran placard.  All NJMVC united are wheelchair accessible.
