American Red Cross Blood Drive

Assemblywoman Verlina Reynolds-Jackson of NJ's 15th Legislative District, in partnership with the Capital Area YMCA is sponsoring a Blood Drive.

 Please help our community and donate blood on Tuesday, September 6th from 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm at the Capital Area YMCA.

Blood donors who are Black play a critical role in helping patients battling sickle cell disease receive the most compatible blood match. Today, there aren't enough blood donors to meet this urgent need and ensure that those fighting sickle cell disease have continued access to the treatments they need.  All donors will receive a free health screen prior to donating.
