First Shred Day of 2024 for Ewing Residents next Saturday
Mayor Bert Steinmann invites you to dispose of your SENSITIVE DOCUMENTS safely and securely at Ewing’s first Shred Day of the year, Saturday, May 4th from 9 am – 1 pm at the Ewing Municipal Building front parking lot. Materials from businesses are not accepted and Ewing residents will be required to provide Proof of Residency. Because this is an extremely popular program, please be prepared to spend a few minutes waiting in line. The event takes place rain or shine. Document shredding will be done on site.
Obsolete Tax Documents, Bank Statements/Cancelled Checks, Sensitive information, Birth dates, Social Security Information, Signatures, Passwords and Pins, Credit Card Statements and Receipts, Credit Card Offers, Reports and Histories, etc.
DO NOT BRING: newspapers, books or magazines, junk mail, plastic covering or cardboard, CD’s or floppy discs, metal or plastic binders, sheet protectors, overnight shipping envelopes (FedEx, UPS, etc.), photographs, x-rays, carbon paper, plastics, and any other non-paper item.
