Your Voice Matters. Take a Community Health Survey!

RWJ Barnabas Health, its hospitals, affiliates, and community partners are conducting a Community Health Resident Survey and your input can help shape future programs and services.  

This survey aims to learn more about the needs and strengths of the community and its residents. These results will shape the programs and services that they and their community partners provide. They will also share the results with organizations across New Jersey to support the important work they are doing to improve health in their communities.

The survey is confidential and does not ask for your name or identifying information.  It is available in 8 languages: Arabic, simplified Chinese, English, Haitian Creole, Hindi, Portuguese, Spanish, and Yiddish.

In the past, survey results have led to the development of smoking prevention campaigns for youth, healthy cooking classes in the community, expansion of transportation options, and mental health training for first responders. They need your input to guide future services.
