Flu Vaccination Clinic

This event has passed.

The following points apply to all of our flu vaccination clinics:

Be sure to wear short sleeves/loose fitting clothing
There is no charge for the vaccines, however, all insurance information is necessary
ALL INSURANCE CARDS must be presented
Pregnant women must provide a note from their obstetrician

Flu, Pneumonia, and Tetanus (Tdap) are available (while supplies last)
