A Note About Plastic Bags!

Plastic bags
should not be mixed with any curbside recyclable materials as they will clog up processing equipment just like hair clogs up vacuum cleaners.   Please be sure to recycle plastic shopping bags at your local supermarket.  Placing non-recyclable materials into the mix creates serious quality control issues and negatively affects the economics of recycling.  Please help ensure the future success of our state’s recycling programs by following your local recycling requirements.  To learn more about recycling, go to recycle.nj.gov.
