Update 2 for March 7th, 2018:

This is a message from the Office of Mayor Steinmann calling with an important weather-related update on March 7th, 2018. Ewing is being heavily affected by the strong winter storm moving through the area causing trees to fall across roads and knock out power in many areas. Road crews are working as diligently as possible to plow every road; however, the heavy snow has slowed our progress. All residents are asked for their cooperation by adhering to all parking regulations and removing all cars from the roadways where ever possible so that we can more easily plow our streets. Scheduled trash pickup for Thursday, March 8th will be delayed until Friday, March 9th so please do not put your trash out tonight. Please avoid any unnecessary travel as the driving conditions are extremely hazardous at this time. As a reminder, please do not call 911 unless it is an emergency. We will continue to send updates with more information as necessary and updates will be made available on the Township and Police websites. Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this process.

Additionally, Ewing Township will be declaring a State of Emergency effective at 2 pm today, which is anticipated to remain in effect until March 8th at 6 pm. If possible, please avoid any unnecessary travel during the storm.
