Parkway Avenue Concept Development Study Update

Public Survey on usage of Parkway Avenue for Safety Improvements Study

Submit input about your experiences and concerns driving Parkway Avenue for the Parkway Avenue Safety Improvement Study via the linked survey below.   Public input is a key component of the project.  Your participation will help ensure that future  upgrades improve safety for roadway users.  This survey should take approximately 5-7 minutes to complete.

Please note: those who completed the survey at the Public Information Center last month do not need to complete this one.

About the Parkway Avenue Safety Improvements Study

The Parkway Avenue Safety Improvements Study is being conducted by the New Jersey Department of Transportation, in collaboration with Mercer County, Ewing Township and the City of Trenton with a goal of identifying needed safety improvements along Parkway Avenue from Scotch Road (CR 611) to Pennington Road (NJ 31).  The purpose of this study is to identify and recommend improvements that will make Parkway Avenue a safer corridor for all roadway users.  Safety improvements are needed within this corridor due to a historically high crash rate, high speed, and proximity to key trip generators, including two schools, businesses, religious institutions and retail.  A wide range of proven safety countermeasure will be considered for recommendation.
