The Township of Ewing will hold a public meeting on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at 2:00 pm, in the Council Room in the Ewing Township municipal building, located at 2 Jake Garzio Drive, to review the draft of Ewing Township’s CDBG 2017 Action Plan which focuses on the Hollowbrook Community Center.
The Action Plan is a comprehensive document which outlines strategies to address the Township's community development and housing needs and priorities, including the needs of low and moderate-income persons. The township prepares this because it is required by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to distribute funds for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG.) The Plan describes the township’s priority needs.
Input from residents, township departments and local organizations are vital to identifying needs and allocating resources. For this reason, we are inviting your comments on the needs of the community and the draft of the plan.
The purpose of the meeting is to solicit public input on the Plan.
Comments may be given orally at the meeting or submitted in writing to:
Ted Forst, Director of Community Affairs
