Notice: All applications submitted to the Zoning or Planning Board we require submittal of original plus 4 hard copies of application package along with 5 sets of sealed plans and any reports included with the application. We will also require CD or Jump-drive of plans, stormwater reports, traffic reports, etc. 
Note: Revisions we will also require everything be submitted as original and 4 hard copies, electronically and electronically.


  • Prepare information, applications and plans for applicants’ presentations to the Zoning and / or Planning Boards.
  • Review with applicants the requirements for zoning and / or planning approval.
  • Conduct investigations of zoning violations upon receipt of written complaint[s].
  • Prepares list of Property owners necessary for official public notice requirements.
